AnJenette Afridi, PsyD, MA, holds with highest honors, a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Behavioral Science and a Master's Degree (MA) in Sport Psychology, as well as certification in Organizational Psychology and over 15 years of post-graduate education through Harvard Medical School. Her work blends rigorous academic training with real-world application to optimize physical, mental, and emotional performance.

Dr. AJ's award-winning master's project, "Participation Motivation", earned the Certificate of Honor, which reflected her early commitment to understanding the psychology behind human drive. Her doctoral research, 'Ultra-Processed Foods and Mental Health", explores the powerful effects of food, particularly ultra-processed foods (UPFs), on biological, psychological, and socio-environmental wellbeing.

With a unique combination of scientific depth, practical insight, and stage presence, enhanced by her Bachelor's in Drama and Theatre Arts, Dr. AJ delivers engaging, transformative experiences from the stage. She is an active member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), NSA of Northern California (NSANC), and eSpeakers, and a lifelong member of the American Psychological Association (APA).
